The colorway is even better in person
The color blocking on these is perfect. Photos don't do them justice. The materials feel premium - soft leather upper with a padded collar that doesn't dig into your ankle. The rubber outsole has good grip on both dry and slightly wet surfaces. I walk about 8,000 steps a day and these hold up comfortably. Definitely recommend going true to size. These go with literally everything - jeans, shorts, joggers, you name it.
Fell apart after a month
Bought these Nike Air Max 90 Essential Black about a month ago. These look amazing but are brutally uncomfortable for anyone with wider feet. The narrow toe box puts constant pressure on my pinky toe. Tried stretching them for two weeks with no improvement. Had to sell them at a loss. Beautiful design but Nike needs to offer wide options for this model.
Runs a bit narrow
The shoes look great and fit well but the leather creases really easily, especially around the toe box. After just two weeks of normal wear, there are visible crease lines. That said, the comfort is excellent and they look stylish. Just be prepared to use shoe trees or crease protectors if you care about that. I'd also recommend getting a good leather protector spray.
Best sneakers I've bought this year
Finally got my hands on these and they exceeded expectations. The packaging was nice, the shoes smelled like fresh leather (in a good way), and the fit was perfect right away - no break-in period needed. The rubber cupsole provides good impact protection on concrete. My only minor gripe is the laces could be slightly longer, but that's an easy $2 fix. I'd recommend going half a size up. They run slightly small in my experience. These go with literally everything - jeans, shorts, joggers, you name it.
Classic Nike quality, never disappoints
Bought these Nike SB Dunk Low Court Purple about a month ago. I was hesitant about the price at first but after wearing them daily for a month, totally worth it. The cushioning hasn't compressed, the outsole shows minimal wear, and the leather has developed a nice patina. They're versatile enough for casual outings and weekend activities. The swoosh placement and proportions are just right - not too big, not too subtle.

Super comfortable right out of the box

Not comfortable for wide feet
I've bought two pairs in the same size and they fit differently. One pair is snug, the other has extra room in the toe box. Quality control seems to have slipped. The leather also started peeling at the flex points after about 6 weeks of daily wear. For the price, I expected much better durability. Disappointed. True to size - I ordered my regular size and they fit perfectly.
Clean design, premium feel

The swoosh placement and proportions are just right - not too big, not too subtle. If you're between sizes, go with the larger one. These run a touch small.

Comfortable and stylish
Bought these Nike SB Dunk Low Court Purple about a month ago. These are my go-to sneakers now. The cushioning is excellent for all-day wear - I work retail and on my feet for 8+ hours. The breathable upper keeps feet cool and the padded insole provides great arch support. Build quality is consistent with what I expect from Nike. They crease a bit after heavy wear but that's normal for any leather sneaker.
Comfortable but hard to keep clean
Got the Nike SB Dunk Low Court Purple and they've exceeded expectations. Nice shoes overall but they run about half a size narrow. I have slightly wide feet and had to go up half a size from my usual. Once I got the right size, they're comfortable and look great. The leather quality is good but not exceptional at this price point. The cushioning is firm but supportive for daily wear.
