Wear a size 10 in Sperry's and Nike's. Bought size 10 , quite tight but I relaced and loosen everytime I have to put them on. I use this to squat and deadlift in.
Size up 1/2 from Nike. Allow time to stretch
I was worried due to everyone else’s reviews stating the shoe is too narrow. I’m definitely on the wider side of normal and after 1 hour of wearing the shoes have loosened up and provide a nice form fitting shoe. I wear a 9.5 in adidas and 10 in Nike. Bought 10.5 in these and it’s a perfect length. Overall great value. I am using for weightlifting.
