Awesome looking and even better if you wear them or leave the outer's to the weather. The more distressed the better for me. Very cool shoe. I was looking for a boat shoe but never saw these until a man said he bought them at a wholesale retailer, I won't mention. I immediately bought them. I am overjoyed. The black with tan is a versatile shoe for a teenage boy. The black makes it pass as dressy enough with a sports jacket and tie. We've bought this style before and it fit one size smaller than Nikes do. This time half size smaller would have been better.

Bye Bye Nike and New Balance

Fit is big. Go down a full size from your NIKE size.

Shoe is great and beautiful but its very big. I am size 8.5US in Vans, 9 in Nike, 41 in designer shoes, etc. I went with a size 9US in these G.H. Bass Weejuns and they are huge on me. I should have gone with a size 8US. Those would have been a perfect fit for me.

I purchased these shoes for my 15 year old son who is going to homecoming. I bought a 1/2 below and 1/2 above. He's all over the board with other shoes like Nike (13) and Asics' (14) but the 12's fit him perfect. Nice looking shoe with nice padding on the inside. After he wears them, I plan on asking him how they felt, because I might purchase a pair for myself. These shoes seem well built and they are approved by the Board of Podiatry (if that really matters).
