My girlfriend introduced me to Brooks running shoes. Before I was running with Nike air max which was a comfortable shoe but it's not for long distance runs. I really like how comfortable the Brooks shoes are. I tried different types of Brooks and found the Ravenna brand was the best one for my gait pattern. Not only did they improve my runs but they are a great supportive shoe to wear at work also. I'm on my feet all day and having a comfortable shoe is very important.
